About the event
We will start beginning fitness assessments on Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12th. This will be an eight week challenge! The challenge will consist of a private Facebook page that will give you daily encouragement, healthy tips, healthy recipes & workouts!
we will have Saturday 9 AM classes for all participants!
Challenge Fee:
Members: $40.00
Non members : $50.00
The prizes will be amazing!
